I started the HCG diet May 2, 2011, weighing 197 pounds. I’m 5’7″, so I was overweight, and felt fatigued and sluggish most of the time. That’s unusual for me, because when I’m in shape, my natural energy level is extremely high, and I’m very active. A friend got me interested in the HCG diet, and I’ve been on it a little over 40 days and have lost 31 pounds. This is the easiest diet I’ve ever been on! My high energy level has been back, and I’m wearing 31 waist jeans I haven’t worn since 2004! I feel great, and have gotten many compliments on how good I’m looking these days. I’ve already recommended the diet to several people at work, and they are now starting the program. My sister started the diet two weeks ago. She says I’m living proof that this diet works!!

Congrats Sondra! I just started my HCG diet on Monday and already lost 7 lbs. I love the HCG diet, I have always been so self conscious about myself and my weight. I tried working out in gyms and get very paranoid and hate how people look at me in there. This is the only diet so far that has been perfect for me..
Anyway, congratulations! You are so beautiful and thank you for sharing your story!

well im 9 months pregnat and i gain lots of weiGth and i wanna tray it the hcg
diet cause i dont know what to do anymore i was 150 now im 215 so please i hope it realy works lol cause im going crazy here trayng to find a way to lose all my bby fat

Thanks! I did not have any extra skin. I was shocked because I thought it would. One of my friends thought I had a procedure done because she was exercising and lost a ton of weight but she has a lot of sagging skin.

Hi Sondra,
You look great girl. I have been using the HCG since Christmas. I lost 32 lbs on my first round, i have started my 2nd round but it is starting out really hard. I’m trying to stay focus and stick to the protocol but i have been really hungry this first week. Your story motivates me, i hope i can be as successful as you have been on this journey. I started at 263.2 and i am now at 230. I want to lose 40 lbs this round or as close to it as possible. Just wanted to tell you that you look GREAT!!!! Good Job.
