Plan It Out

Don’t Skip Phase 1

Vary Your Food Choices
While we know that the food list on the HCG Diet Protocol is short, you should vary your food choices. Mix up your proteins, fruits, and vegetables to ward off boredom and, more importantly, to get a nutritional balance.
Drink a Gallon of Water Daily
Sounds like a lot but you can do it. This doesn’t only make you feel full, staying hydrated can also do amazing things for your mood, memory, and overall health while helping to eliminate cravings.
