You have TWO TYPES OF HCG, What is the difference?
We have two types of the hCG:
Pre-mixed hCG diet plan; Available for you to order direct with no waiting. You will get the real human chorionic gonadotropin sublingual drops and with our recommended dosage you will be getting 175-200IU’s per day which a the perfect amount to start with (according to Dr. Simeon’s protocol) and you will take 10 drops 3x per day.
Un-mixed hCG diet plan; you need to fill out a simple online medical form that is to be approved by the doctor (which takes 24 to 48 hours.) Once you are approved, only then will your card be charged and your product is shipped to you. You will receive an unmixed vial of hCG 12000IU’s and the sublingual mixing solution and this one is more concentrated and only need 5 drops 2x per day. You may also use this as injections using sterile water for injections or Bacteriostatic Sterile Water. We are not only authorized to give advice with the sublingual drops not injections. (We do have a lot of people that do the injections and purchase the hCG from us since it is more cost affective and convenient.)
Both programs follow the exact same diet protocol. People are getting amazing results from both.
What is HCG and how does it work?
HCG – a hormone naturally produced in the body. It has many functions and is used medically to treat a variety of conditions. It is the pregnancy hormone, but during pregnancy the levels double every two days. This hormone allows the body to mobilize fat and use it as energy for both mother and fetus. This acts as a “fail-safe” mechanism when energy is needed immediately. For weight loss, we use only a very small amount of HCG to capitalize on this same mechanism. Using HCG in this way does not mimic pregnancy; it can be used safley by both men and women.
Are HCG diet drops safe?
HCG diet drops are extremely safe. All women experience very high levels during the nine months of every pregnancy with no adverse effects. The small amount we use for weight loss has absolutely NO side effects.
If HCG works so well for weight loss, why don’t pregnant women lose weight?
HCG works to mobilize fat for utilization by the body only when there is a significant decrease in calories and fat. A starvation state must exist for HCG to work. For weight loss, we use a very low calorie diet to trigger HCG to help rid the body of fat.
Will my metabolism slow down if I’m on a very low calorie diet?
Yes, normally when we cut back our calories and fat, our bodies store fat and our metabolisms slow down. This happens because fat is really a life-saving source of stored energy. When a very low calorie diet is used in conjunction with the HCG in diet drops the hormone signals the body to use stored fat for energy, and eliminates excess fat reserves. It’s a natural process, so no ill effects on your metabolism will result.
Wouldn’t I lose the same amount of weight eating a very low calorie diet without HCG?
You can lose weight by simply eating fewer calories and fat, but because the body stores fat during times of deprivation, you will most likely lose muscle and bone before fat. This causes cellular metabolism to slow down, so in the long run, it would make gaining weight easier, as well as decrease bone density and muscle mass. By using HCG with the low calorie diet, extra fat is mobilized for energy and the rest is eliminated the low calorie diet is vital in preventing immediate refilling of emptied fat cells. You benefit by preferentially getting rid of excess fat without affecting your bone and muscle.
Fluctuations in weight loss
After the fourth or fifth day of dieting the daily loss of weight begins to decrease to one pound or somewhat less per day, and there is a smaller urinary output. Men often continue to lose regularly at that rate, but women are more irregular in spite of faultless dieting. There may be no drop at all for two or three days and then a sudden loss, which reestablishes the normal average. These fluctuations are entirely due to variations in the retention and elimination of water, which are more marked in women than in men
The HCG diet is very low calorie, will I get hungry?
Because HCG mobilizes fat and makes it available to the body as an energy source, it naturally reduces appetite. So even though you are taking in fewer calories your body can access the energy you have stored in fat cells. After about 2 days, many patients notice a significant decrease in their appetite. Overall, most people have plenty of energy and feel good while on the program.

Will HCG interfere with any medications I am currently taking? What about birth control pills or Depo-Provera injections?
HCG does not interact with ANY medications, including birth control pills or Depo-Provera, so there are NO side effects.
Will I experience any changes in my menstrual cycle taking HCG drops?
Because the amount of HCG is so small, there are no changes to your menstrual cycle. Likewise, HCG will not affect your ability to become pregnant, or will it increase your chances of getting pregnant.
Do I need to Stop Taking the HCG before, during or after my menstrual cycle?
You do not have to stop your program during your cycle, just keep going on the program.
Do I need to stop taking the HCG after being on it 30 or more days?
No, that is only for the injections. The great thing about the sublingual HCG you may remain on the program until you have reached your desired weight.
Why are some people calling HCG the “Weight Loss Cure”?
HCG is also being called the “Weight Loss Cure” because after taking it for weight loss, it reprograms your body to use stored fat for energy when calories are reduced for a period of time. Or put another way, it helps you maintain your weight and not regain the pounds you’ve lost.
How much weight can I expect to lose on the program?
On average, our patients lose around 20 lbs. per month. Often, people lose 5 to 12 lbs in the first week.
Does the weight loss slow down after the first month?
Many times what we see is a large amount of weight loss in the first month, then a plateau or leveling off. This does not mean that your weight loss has stopped. Typically, inches are being lost continuously while on the program, and after a period of time, patients will experience another large drop on the scale. Weight loss is thus achieved in this stair step fashion, pounds and inches and so on.
Can I work out while on the program?
Strenuous exercise is not recommended. Dr. Siemons states that walking and swimming are the best choices for those who choose to exercise while on the program. We do have clients who exercise regularly and have continued to do so with out any problems. Just be sure to listen to your body and do not over do it.
Can men use the HCG program?
Yes, men can safely use the program, as long as they do not have a hormone dependent cancer (such as prostate cancer). Now, HCG is NOT a sex hormone, and its actions are identical in men, women, and children. Through an indirect path from the brain, HCG regulates menstruation and facilitates conception, but it never virilizes a woman or feminizes a man.
Men get even faster results and tend to lose more weight than women.
Can I drink Alcohol while on the HCG diet?
In the original diet protocol Dr. Simeons, it does not mention or account for alcohol. It has found that some HCG users whom have been drinkers or even those that are borderline alcoholic, do surprisingly well on the HCG Diet. If the simple instructions are followed correctly, the HCG diet will get them out of their drinking routine. These Users have even said that they don’t even feel the need to drink while on the HCG diet because HCG works with the hypothalamus gland which controls the emotional eating/drinking part of the brain, along with other aspects.
HCG Diet and Alcohol: Recent studies have found that people who are under extreme amounts of stress and pressure may benefit from an alcohol drink at the end of the day, to help the body and mind unwind and relax. Even though the original HCG diet protocol does not account for alcohol, we have found that some of our clients, whom have been drinkers, may find that a relatively small amount of alcohol produces the euphoric intoxication feeling while on the HCG diet. Those clients who had a small glass of vodka and mineral water with a bit of lemon or vodka and 8 oz of fresh orange juice ( the juice would count as one of your fruit servings) still lost weight, during the initial weight loss phase. Dr. A.T.W. Simeons does allow for a glass (8oz) of wine with dinner during the maintenance phase of the diet (after you stop taking your drops). During the initial weight loss phase of the HCG Diet be sure to check sugar content of alcohol, the less the better. Of course, we must say that if you do decide to drink while doing HCG diet, just be aware that you may have lost more weight if you did not drink.
Can I Wear Makeup or use Face Creams?
Yes, you can wear makeup. Stay away from cream foundations that have added Vitamin E or Olive oils added to the makeup. Mineral makeup is highly recommended and good for your skin. Some lip gloss products also have the added oils so be sure to read the ingredients.
Can I Chew Gum?
Yes, as long as it is sugar free.
Can I Use Lotion or Sunscreen?
Yes, you can use any mineral based lotions, lotions with coconut oil, Johnson’s baby oil, Johnson’s Shower gels (no vitamin E). There may be other products available just be sure to read the ingredients. Get in the habit of reading labels.
Can I take advil, Motrin, Ibuprophen, asprin and other mediations?
Yes you can take all of the above including any prescribed medications as there are no drug interactions while taking HCG
What can I put in my Coffee?
Yes, one teaspoon of milk per day is fine, you can also use the “Splenda Flavors for coffee” they have french vanilla, hazelnut and mocha.
What can I drink besides Water?
You can have crystal light, 2 diet sodas per day. Unlimited tea, coffee and flavored water be sure you always read the labels, no sugar, fat or carbs.
I have been getting headaches is this normal?
Yes, some people get headaches during the first week. Your body is going through detox at this time. Take something for your headache and get extra rest during this initial phase of the program. The headaches will go away during the second week and your energy level will increase.
What happens if I ate something Off the HCG diet Program?
If you happen to eat foods that are not on the food plan this will affect your weight loss. We recommend that you get right back on the HCG diet Program and you will eventually start to lose weight again.
Are there any Free Foods listed on the HCG Diet Program?
For the best results you need to stick with only the listed food item that are on your sheet. If you feel a strong urge to eat we recommend eating some cucumber slices or celery to “take the edge off” reach for one of these two items instead of something off the food plan. You will have great success.
What about other food other than what is on the list? Can I have other foods not listed?
We do NOT recommend ANY other foods only what is on the list. These foods listed will help you achieve the best weight loss results so those are the only foods that we will recommend to you during your weight loss program.
